The Bridge is a New Zealand–based, results focused  leadership development and coaching firm. We help leaders and organisations bridge the gap between leadership theory and the practical skills required to deliver real results, without losing their identity, values, or culture.

Our Story

The Bridge was founded in 2022 by Kenny Bhosale to help businesses and leaders bridge the gap between idealistic leadership philosophies and the practical skills needed to achieve real results, while staying true to their identity and culture.

Despite the growth of the leadership development industry, many leaders struggle to implement lasting changes that align with their vision. In response, The Bridge conducted research through Massey University Business School in 2020, revealing a need for tailored, multi-faceted leadership development.

The Bridge’s solutions are grounded in evidence-based methodologies and real-life learning, incorporating proven strategies, processes, and tools.
