Kia ora, I am Rebekah

I am an executive leadership coach and facilitator with nearly two decades of experience helping leaders, teams and organisations work better together. I hold a Master of Arts with Distinction in Psychology and am one of a small number of ICF Professional Certified Coaches (PCC) in New Zealand. I am also accredited in Hogan, Korn Ferry, DiSC and Working Genius, bringing evidence-based insights into every coaching and development conversation.

Throughout my career, I have partnered with emerging and established leaders across a wide range of sectors, including professional services, telecommunications, utilities, Crown entities and not-for-profit organisations. I specialise in one-to-one leadership coaching, team development and facilitation, helping leaders grow in confidence, communicate with clarity and intention, and build stronger, more effective working relationships.

What sets me apart is my ability to help people understand themselves in relation to others. Whether supporting a leader and their team or helping colleagues navigate competing priorities, I create a safe and supportive environment for honest reflection while maintaining a strong focus on practical action. I also coach working parents through the transition into and out of parental leave, helping them create a more sustainable balance between leadership, family and career.

My approach combines psychological insight with practical action. My mission is simple: to help people lead with greater confidence, strengthen their relationships, and create healthier, higher-performing teams and workplaces.

“Rebekah helped me unpack a 360-degree review from an objective viewpoint, asked questions that made me reflect on my own practice, and challenged what I believed to be true about myself. The biggest change has been the internal narrative I tell myself; I can now see myself in a different light and ask what else might be true. She is skilled, empathetic, affirming and insightful, and I’m grateful for the time we were able to work together.

“Through reflective questioning and gentle encouragement to take action, Rebekah helped me see things from a different point of view and start changing long-held habits. The questioning led to lots of reflection, and the biggest benefit has been understanding that I don’t need to strive to be perfect, and beginning to shift my negative self-talk towards something more positive. She is knowledgeable, understanding, encouraging and patient.”

Katie (Manager)

“Each session, Rebekah helped me set a goal and navigate it through a mix of practical focus and emotional support. Her guidance was invaluable, especially working through challenging situations at a time when I felt really vulnerable. The biggest benefit has been feeling supported, with useful strategies up my sleeve to navigate difficult conversations. She is caring, knowledgeable, practical, and an empathetic listener.”
