Lauren Locke

I am an executive leadership coach who specialises in helping leaders navigate transition, complexity and change. Alongside my coaching practice, I hold an active leadership role in an enterprise environment, supporting organisations across financial services, technology, insurance and government. As an ICF Accredited Certified Coach (ACC), working towards my PCC, and trained in narrative coaching, I help leaders develop the confidence and capability to lead successfully through the next chapter of their leadership journey.

Throughout my career, I have worked with mid-to-senior leaders who are stepping into larger roles, leading former peers, navigating organisational restructures, or creating meaningful change within their teams. I understand that leadership often requires letting go of old ways of working and building the mindset and behaviours needed for new challenges.

I have a particular interest in coaching across difference, supporting neurodivergent leaders to lead in ways that work with how their minds naturally operate. I also draw on my experience coaching Aboriginal leaders in Australia, bringing genuine cultural understanding into every coaching conversation.

My coaching style is warm, direct and practical. I create a supportive environment where leaders can think clearly, embrace change with confidence, and take meaningful action. My mission is simple: to help leaders stop managing the role they have outgrown and confidently lead the one ahead.
