Kia ora, I am Camilla
I am a leadership coach and organisational development consultant who is passionate about helping leaders make sense of complexity. I work alongside leaders as they navigate growth, change and uncertainty, creating the space for clearer thinking, greater confidence and meaningful action.
Throughout my career, I have held leadership and organisational development roles across New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom. This has included leading leadership and capability development for international brands within Lipsy Group, including Victoria’s Secret, GAP and NEXT Beauty, before joining Fisher & Paykel Appliances in New Zealand. These experiences have given me first-hand insight into the opportunities and challenges leaders face within fast-paced and evolving organisations.
I trained through the Academy of Executive Coaching in London, hold a Diploma in Life Coaching, and am a Certified Professional Behavioural Analyst (DISC) through TTI Success Insights. These experiences continue to shape my understanding of leadership and human behaviour.
My coaching style is practical, supportive and appropriately challenging. I create space for honest reflection, fresh thinking and purposeful action, helping leaders understand what is really happening beneath the surface. My mission is simple: to help leaders grow in ways that strengthen their leadership and create a positive impact on the people, teams and organisations they influence.
