Kia ora, I am Kenny
I am the Founder and CEO of The Bridge, an outcome-focused leadership development firm that helps organisations build better leaders, stronger teams, and cultures that deliver proven results. As an IECL accredited Executive Leadership Coach, an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and holder of a Master of Science in Change Leadership and an Executive MBA in Organisational Leadership Development, my team and I combine evidence-based leadership with practical experience to help organisations develop leadership capability that drives long-term success.
Before founding The Bridge in 2022, I served 18 years in the New Zealand Defence Force, holding operational and strategic leadership roles across maritime operations, multinational deployments, disaster response, government and inter-agency environments, while leading strategic people and culture initiatives. One of my most rewarding roles was leading the Royal New Zealand Navy Leadership Training School.
Today, I lead a growing team of coaches and leadership specialists, partnering with organisations across New Zealand to strengthen leadership capability at every level. Our work spans executive coaching, leadership development, team development, and organisational transformation, supporting organisations across the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors.
Our goal is to build Australasia’s leading leadership development company, setting the standard for practical, evidence-based leadership and creating lasting impact through the leaders we develop.
