Kia ora, I am Sha
I am an executive leadership coach with a background spanning business, communications, education and leadership development. As an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), I partner with leaders across Aotearoa New Zealand and internationally, helping them navigate the increasing complexity of leadership, step confidently into bigger roles, and lead successfully through change.
Having led teams myself and coached leaders across a broad range of industries, I understand the challenges that come with increased responsibility. I work with leaders at every stage of their leadership journey, from new managers through to senior leaders, helping them develop the self-awareness, emotional intelligence and practical leadership skills needed to lead with greater clarity, confidence and influence.
My coaching style is warm, grounded and practical. I create a supportive environment where leaders can think clearly, challenge unhelpful patterns and focus on what matters most. Drawing on a range of practical tools and frameworks, I help clients translate insight into meaningful action that creates lasting change.
I particularly enjoy working with leaders who are curious, open to learning and committed to becoming more effective, both personally and professionally. My mission is simple: to help leaders build confidence, strengthen their influence, navigate change successfully, and create a lasting positive impact for their teams, organisations and communities.
