We want to talk about high performance health, not the usual wellbeing clichés. Rather than talking about resilience and helping people recover when they crash and burn, we want to talk about hardiness. From struggling and out of control, to thriving and performing.

Resilience
Resilience is the ability to recover after stress hits. You get knocked down by pressure or setbacks, and you bounce back. It’s about restoring performance once the damage is done.

Hardiness
Hardiness is the ability to stay upright while pressure keeps coming. You reframe stress before it drains energy. It’s about maintaining performance before damage is done.
From our Founder
After 18 years leading people in high-stress military environments, I learned one thing: my sharpest asset was my thinking, and my most valuable asset was my energy. Big decisions demanded I be at my best, mentally and physically, for long periods under pressure. Corporate leaders rarely get that support. The Energy Lab exists to change it, helping leaders protect energy, stay strategic, make better decisions, set boundaries, and create cultures where people thrive.

We focus on sleep, nutrition, movement, and habits that build resilience and consistency under pressure. My role is to help you create routines that actually stick, reduce fatigue, and unlock the discipline needed to perform at your best.
