Dr Patricia Bossons
PhD, MSc, CPsychol, AFBPS, SFHEA, ACC
Chartered Psychologist, Executive Coach, 25-years experience working with senior leaders, degree in Psychology and a PhD in Management Science.
Patricia is the founder of The Henley Centre for Coaching and Behavioural Change at Henley Business School (UK). She is an Honorary Teaching Fellow at Massey University, previous Director of the Massey Executive MBA, and teaches Leadership in Massey’s MBA programs. She also works with the International College of Management (Sydney) and Henley Business School (UK) on their Graduate Executive Education programs, as well as running her own executive coaching practice in NZ. She brings extensive coaching training experience across a wide range of sectors in NZ and overseas, helping organisations develop and embed an effective coaching culture. Patricia is also the author of The Neuroscience of Leadership Coaching (2015) and Coaching Essentials (2012), and she is on the Editorial Board of the Journal of International Coaching Psychology.
Kenny Bhosale
Exec MBA, MSc, BEng (Hons), PCC, MInstD
Founder of The Bridge, Executive Coach, ex-military officer, over 20-years leadership experience, and former Head of the Leadership School for the NZ Navy.
Kenny is the founder of The Bridge, with over 20 years of leadership experience in operational and strategic roles, more than 2,000 hours as a professional coach, and 800 hours of facilitation experience. He is an IECL accredited Level 3 Executive Leadership Coach, an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and the former Head of the Leadership Training School for the New Zealand Navy. Kenny has successfully trained coaches and embedded coaching cultures across the public and private sectors, helping organisations excel and empowering leaders and teams to perform at their best. Holding a Master of Science in Change Leadership and an Executive MBA specialising in Organisational Leadership, Kenny combines strategic insight with practical application, enabling leaders to make a positive impact on their organisations.

Group Size
Maximum group size of 22 for optimal engagement and interaction, which is approx. $900 per person.
Program Outline
The program is 3 months long, made up of 2 full day workshops, and 2 half day workshops, delivered 3 weeks apart.
- Workshop 1 (Full Day): Understand coaching practices and how they fit into everyday leadership, followed by 3 weeks of peer coaching practice.
- Workshop 2 (half day): Group reflection, expanding coaching tools and techniques, followed by 3 weeks of coaching practice with team members.
- Workshop 3 (half day): Group reflection, advanced tools, techniques, and coaching approaches, followed by 3 weeks of coaching practice.
- Workshop 4 (full day): Consolidation, developing coaching culture and systems, and graduation, followed by post workshop session to help you embed coaching into your way of leading.
