Try a complimentary session!
Try a 60-min complimentary session on us! The aim is for us to better understand you while also giving your leaders and kaimahi the chance to get to know us. We’ve put together five 60-minute sessions on some of our most popular topics. 60 minutes is a good length—long enough to be valuable but easy enough to fit into the calendar or a lunch and learn session!
Better Communication with Feedback
This is one of our most popular workshops! This introductory session gives you practical tools, frameworks, and hands-on practice to build confidence in giving and receiving feedback in your team. You will learn three key feedback techniques, do’s and don’ts, and simple strategies for handling resistance or defensive response to feedback.
Self Confidence by Design.
Confidence is often misunderstood, yet it’s critical for leadership at all levels. This session, first delivered at the Women in Leadership Summit in 2024, debunks myths around imposter syndrome and authenticity; and give you simple, proven strategies to build and maintain self confidence intentionally, both at work and in life.
Understanding Each Other (LSP Workshop)
An engaging, hands-on, interactive and fun workshop using Lego Serious Play (LSP) to explore how teams work together. Without overcomplicating things with culture and values buzzwords, emotional jargon or abstract psychology, this session helps teams better understand individual and collective motivations, values and how to better work together.
Death by Overwork & How to Avoid It.
Burnout isn’t just a personal resilience issue—it’s a workplace culture problem. In collaboration with our Health Coaches, this session takes a real, practical look at workload, stress, and burnout, helping leaders and teams set boundaries and build habits to protect wellbeing. A perfect time for busy leaders and teams, as we head into another year.

What we cover
Team Building
Unlock your team’s potential through engaging activities designed to build trust, improve collaboration, and create a shared sense of purpose. Our team-building experiences go beyond the surface to create deeper connections that pay dividends long after the workshop is done.
With a focus on real-world applications and follow-up actions, we design activities that translate into better results at work. We mix it up with hands-on experiences that break down “workplace personas” and encourage honest and real conversations to help your team work together, regardless of whether you are forming, storming, norming, or performing – we will take you to the next level.
Effective Communication
It's common for teams (especially leadership teams) to struggle with communication. More often than not, that’s the root cause of most issues. Everyone receives and transmits information differently: some like to get to the point, others like data, and some prefer to speak in metaphors and analogies. The result is a whole lot of miscommunication that leads to poor performance, conflict, and missed opportunities.
Our effective communication workshops are designed to create an understanding of how individuals within a team communicate with others, and how they prefer to be communicated with. Using personality and communication preferences, we will give you and your team the insights, as well as the tools necessary, to communicate with clarity, openness, and impact – so you can focus your energy on the things that matter most.
Shared Vision & Purpose
What does it mean to have a shared Vision and Purpose? Often, a phrase or sentence is well-crafted, neatly worded, and stuck on walls, posters, or websites. But all of that means nothing if your team doesn’t truly understand what it means, how it relates to them personally, and most importantly, how their actions contribute it.
As the famous story goes, Sir Peter Blake focused his team on one strategic vision and purpose – ‘make the boat go faster’ – and every single member of the team understood how their job contributed to it. Our guided process can help you define a vision and/or translate your existing vision into practical, clear goals, values, and day-to-day behaviours.
Culture & Values
Culture has become somewhat of a corporate ‘C-word’ that is thrown around a lot. Many of those conversations are sentimental, too intangible, or disconnected from the strategic needs of the organisation or its people. Culture and values workshops are among the most common sessions we run for teams and organisations.
Our approach is based on first understanding your strategic needs, so we are not just focusing on where you are – but also where you want to be. We then work with your team or leaders, aligning core beliefs, values, and social identities, and help guide behaviours that shape your culture. This way, we can create a culture that your team lives every single day, so you can create the work environment you need.
Strategic Alignment
This might sound contentious, but our experience shows that a half-motivated but strategically aligned leadership team will outperform a highly motivated leadership team with no strategic alignment. Without strategic alignment, well-intentioned and hardworking leaders and teams start to pursue their own agendas and priorities at the expense of the team and organisation.
This workshop is designed for strategic leadership teams, who are often busy and overwhelmed with never-ending pressures and priorities. The workshops involve conversations and team coaching to help align leaders with the shared vision and strategy, and help teams create the signposts, priority frameworks, decision-making processes, and a ‘battle rhythm’ so you remain aligned as the strategic environment and priorities change.
Roles Clarity
Ideal for teams that have undergone restructuring, scaling up, right-sizing, or experienced significant change, including the addition of new members. A lack of role clarity can severely impact productivity and lead to unnecessary stress, inefficiencies, misunderstandings, and even conflict as individuals unintentionally step into each other's 'swim lanes.'
This workshop is suitable for departments, project teams, committees, or leaders at various levels across the organisation. We use a combination of organizational tools and frameworks to help your team gain clarity around roles, responsibilities, and accountability. This ensures everyone knows what they can delegate and what they can let go of. The focus is not just on the “what” (position descriptions) but also on “how” we work together effectively.
Connection Building
Most people work at a hectic pace, with barely time for lunch during the day. After work, there’s school pick-up and traffic to beat, along with hybrid and remote working. As a result, team members just don’t spend enough time together socially without an agenda. Yet that unstructured time is a crucial part of building deeper connections, trust, and social capital. Without it, teams become transactional, making it difficult to work together.
These workshops are ideal for teams who work remotely or are too busy and don’t spend enough time with each other. We design them as a fun way of bringing people together through engaging activities and meaningful conversations, helping them bond and build social capital that can be leveraged for future success.
Team Coaching Workshop
Putting together a group of high-performing individuals doesn’t make a high-performing team. This is where a team coaching workshop can really help. It's more closely aligned with sports coaching, where our job is to offer observations, questions, and insights to help your team play better together as a whole. This workshop is suitable for teams showing signs of dysfunction, as well as teams already operating well but wanting to get even better.
Our experienced team coaches can come in, listen, and observe how your team works together, providing interventions, skills, and processes to help you perform as a high-functioning team. This can help you create better self and social awareness, allowing your team to work together more effectively, and ensuring your performance is aligned with your goals and in line with your culture and way of working.
Team Dynamics (Conflict)
When you take a bunch of high-performing individuals and put them in a team, there are bound to be personality differences and disagreements. Sometimes that can result in conflict, often stemming from misunderstandings, misintent, or inherited biases from how things ‘used to be’.
Our team dynamics workshops are ideal for those teams going through a ‘storming’ phase, designed to get you to ‘norming’ and ‘performing’ as quickly as possible. Focusing on team dynamics (rather than conflict), the sessions help you embrace differences and disagreements, using the diversity of thought as a strength. We’ll address the current situation while also providing you with the tools and strategies to navigate future differences, preventing them from escalating into conflicts that could harm your culture and engagement.
Facilitated Meetings
As your chosen partner for team events and facilitation, we can even step in to facilitate your important meetings – creating productive dialogue and decision-making with a professional facilitator who can take the load off you as the leader.
Our experienced facilitators guide teams through complex discussions, ensuring that every voice is heard, cutting through unnecessary noise, managing strong personalities, and ensuring conversations and ideas are translated into actionable outcomes. This way, you avoid going around in circles with no real outcome or clear way ahead (…let’s admit it, we’ve all been in those meetings!). Let us handle the process so you can focus on being present and contributing to the conversation to achieve the desired outcomes.
Focus Groups
Modern-day organisations rely on cross-functional collaboration across multiple departments, stakeholders, and interest groups. Typically, this is done through focus groups involving a small, diverse group of people brought together to discuss and provide feedback on a specific topic, product, service, or idea. Although well-intended, these groups can often go wrong when dominant participants, self-interest and personal agendas take over. Such meetings are also hindered by historical biases, groupthink, or an incomplete understanding of the problem or opportunity they are discussing.
We can help you plan, structure, and deliver the outcomes you need. Using proven tools, structure, and pre-work, our experienced facilitators can ensure your focus groups run smoothly, conversations flow in the right direction, and all voices are heard, guiding discussions to uncover deeper insights.

How it works
Most team events and workshops can be broken down into four steps:

Discovery
We start by understanding what you want to achieve from the workshops. We learn about your organisation, team, strategy, values, and culture to ensure a fit-for-purpose experience. This phase may also involve talking to leaders and team members for deeper insights.

Design
We design workshops, offsites, or sessions based on your needs and budget. After finalising the design, we’ll meet to confirm details and costs. We handle logistics, venues, and communications, so you can simply turn up and focus on the day.

Delivery
Our experienced facilitators will lead your workshop. We bring the right team to ensure flexibility while delivering results. Though we come prepared, we allow space for conversations to naturally flow to meet the day's objectives.

Follow-up
Workshops alone aren’t enough. Two weeks after the session, we’ll meet with key stakeholders to discuss next steps. You’ll receive a report capturing key outcomes, commitments, and agreed actions to ensure lasting impact.
