Holding a Bachelor’s in Applied Science – Communication Management and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Psychology, I blend academic rigor with practical expertise. My certifications include a Certificate in Neuroscience of Change, Certified Agile Trainer at ICAgile, and Lean Yellow Belt.
I have worked extensively with mid to large-size organizations internationally, specializing in adapting human behavior and cognitive thinking to drive successful organizational change. My unique approach focuses on the people at the heart of organizations, transforming frameworks and roles into dynamic, passion-driven environments.
As a consultant, I have designed and led numerous leadership training and development programs, focusing on cultivating a growth mindset and enhancing resilience among leaders. With a decade of expertise in team coaching and training, and five years of senior leadership and executive coaching experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge to every engagement.
