Throughout my varied career, I’ve had the privilege of leading soldiers, working with startups, and collaborating with global multinationals. I’ve brought early-stage and late-stage technologies to market and have worked across a wide range of geographies, including MENA, Europe, and the USA.
One constant stands out in all these experiences: the need to navigate change.
Whether it’s unexpected change, change we must adapt to, or change that enables us to differentiate or disrupt others. Success requires both a good plan and a team that truly owns that plan.
