Kia ora, I am Emma

I am a Prekure-certified health and metabolic nutrition coach with over 20 years of experience in the natural health industry in New Zealand, where I’ve held roles as a store manager, territory manager, and senior account manager. Transitioning into health coaching and nutrition was a natural progression for me, driven by my passion for promoting personal responsibility in health and lifestyle choices in a way that is both effective and impactful.

I’ve been on my own health and learning journey, successfully overcoming health issues caused by a stressful work environment, excessive calorie restriction, and intense exercise routines. Since then, I’ve created a life filled with vitality, balance, passion, and purpose. Recognizing that lifestyle and habit changes can be challenging but essential for thriving in today’s hectic world, I’m dedicated to guiding others on their journey to better health.

As a health coach, I start by truly understanding each client’s current situation, taking the time to get to know what drives them. I then offer information, motivation, and accountability to ensure that they achieve their goals on their terms. My approach is all about empowering my clients to take control of their health and create lasting, positive changes.
