Kia ora, I am Patricia

I have over 25 years of experience in executive education, organizational leadership development, and coaching. I founded The Henley Centre for Coaching and Behavioural Change in 2004 and have since become recognized in business psychology, specializing in leadership solutions for global organizations. My coaching work spans across renowned entities like Fonterra, Auckland City Council, The Football Association, and the UK Government Cabinet Office.

My academic background includes a BA (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Reading, an MSc in Management and Tourism from the University of Surrey, and a PhD from Henley Management College, where I researched personality, learning styles, and success in distance learning. I’m a Chartered Psychologist, an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, and certified in various psychometric tools like MBTI and Hogan Assessments. Additionally, I’m a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (UK) and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

As an author, I’ve contributed to books such as The Neuroscience of Leadership Coaching (2015) and Coaching Essentials (2012). My work has earned recognition, including the Kate Edger Award from Massey University and a nomination for Lecturer of the Year.

I offer a unique blend of evidence-based leadership development, a deep understanding of organizational needs, and a human-centered approach. My goal is to help organizations cultivate strong, well-rounded leaders who can drive their vision and strategy forward.
